Terms & Conditions
Terms & Fees: Our
first step with potential clients is to schedule a complimentary phone
appointment so that we can clearly understand your needs and provide
you the best services possible. We will provide our detailed proposal
as well as your Client Agreement which outlines the scope of services
to be provided as a result of our discussions. All clients are
required to fax the signed agreement before commencement of services as
well as provide a 50% deposit.
Joshua Consulting Group offers monthly retainer agreements; however we
do provide services on an hourly rate for one time projects. We will
notify the client if the retained hours are depleted prior to month end
and invoice any additional hours on the following month’s invoice.
Retainer payments are due on the 5th of each month; any incidental
charges will be billed separately.
All of our services are provided Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to
5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time), unless a prior agreement has been
discussed and authorized. There are no exceptions to any of these
policies.
